Dowill Paint, founded in 2004 and headquartered in Shanghai, China, is a leading national brand of industrial paints in China.

Over the years, Dowill has been focusing on the research and development, production, sales and service of high-performance paints and new energy materials, with hundreds of independent intellectual property rights. Our products are mainly including container paints, powder coatings and other industrial paints.

At present, Dowill has four professional production bases, namely: Jiangsu Qidong factory, Shandong Linyi factory, Automotive paint Jinshan factory, New materials Jinshan factory. We have set up technical R&D centers in Tianjin Airport, Jiangsu Qidong, Shanghai Songjiang and Jinshan, Shandong Linyi and Hunan Zhuzhou. Our laboratories are equipped with first-class testing equipment and instruments. The company has 21 scientists and experts with doctor's and master's degrees, and 102 technical experts with bachelor's degrees.

Dowill’s container paints market share has reached over 42% for 6 consecutive years, ranking first in the industry. Based on the technology breakthrough of water-borne paint, Dowill is committed to forward-looking developing the innovative coating systems which can better meet the characteristics and performance requirements of container paints. In order to meet customers' requirements on paint performance and to respond to CCIA's promotion of green coating solutions for special containers, Dowill combine the actual demands of manufacturers and container owners to develop a high-solid low-viscosity coating system for special containers (including CRCT 35ton O/T container, steel floor container, etc.) and reefer containers. Also, Dowill completely support CIMC and CCIA's plan to develop a more eco-friendly coating solution for containers and to promote the testing of powder coatings as soon as possible. Two years ago, we established a container powder coating technology R&D department and a related laboratory in Songjiang, Shanghai. Currently, Dowill is the only container water-borne paint supplier in the industry to have invested in the powder coating line at XCCC.We have successfully developed powder coatings that are fully compliant with the IICL requirement and have finished laboratory data verification and third party KTA test verification.
