Since 2007, Mr. Wang has been serving as the VP of CIMC Containers as of Jan 2024 and holds director positions in several subsidiaries of CIMC. Since 2018, Mr. Wang has been serving as the Assistant President of CIMC.

Mr. Wang has represented the group in handling various major cases, including anti-dumping and countervailing duty investigations by the U.S. against China's 53-foot dry cargo containers exported to the U.S., intellectual property disputes related to logistics equipment, and has led a series of domestic and cross-border M&A transactions for CIMC. More importantly, Mr. Wang, with his profound understanding of equipment logistics business and legal fields, took the lead in establishing an effective legal management system that aligns with CIMC's  development and management needs. He nurtured professional teams specializing in litigation, intellectual property, and international business compliance within the Legal Affairs Department, supporting the high-quality development of CIMC.
