Jack Mar is the CEO of Star Solutions and has over 30 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. In 1994, Jack founded TELOS Technology Inc., where he led a team of technology and network experts to achieve many mobile wireless industry firsts including the first mobile phone call over an IP network infrastructure in 1999 and winner of the 3GSM award in 2003. TELOS was acquired by UTStarcom in 2004 and Jack stayed on as the President of the Mobile System Business Unit. In 2008, Jack spun off the business unit from UTStarcom and started Star Solutions. Star Solutions offers unique and innovative mobile networks solutions for Rural, Enterprise and Emergency Communications market segments.
