Jędrzej Charłampowicz is a researcher with almost 10 years of experience in the field of transport economics and management. He obtained his Ph.D. based on the thesis “Process maturity and service quality as components of maritime container terminal management”. His research interests are connected with supply chain efficiency, maritime shipping markets, and process management. He published more than 20 scientific papers in peer-reviewed prestigious journals (e.g. Business Strategy and the Environment). Besides his academic career, he is also a certified sailing coach – head coach at Yacht Club Rewa and national coach of Vaurien sailing class
