Before becoming the CEO of Globe Tracker, Joel served as the Director and Postmaster General of Posta, the Faroese Postal Service, for 12 years, where he successfully transformed the organization from a traditional postal company into a full-service logistics provider in the North Atlantic. Joel was also a member of Globe Tracker’s Board of Directors for four years and served as Chairman of the Board for two years.

Joel undir Leitinum holds a master’s in economics from CBS in Copenhagen, Denmark and has previously held director and executive management positions in logistics companies and corporate finance. Joel undir Leitinum is board member and co-founder of the company Nemlia, a frontrunner within senior well-being technology “elder tech”, supporting the senior markets in Denmark, Germany, France and North Atlantic. Joel undir Leitinum’s past experience has focused on automation of services, efficiency, and distortion of logistics markets.
